Pros: Good | Representative is helpful when I rent the car and also for the follow up. Quick respond when something emergence happened.
Cons: Room to Improve | As we are a tourist to visit the country the first time and rent a car, we know nothing about the driving rules or cautions, it’ll be great if the company can provide a guideline on the cautions or reminders on the parking fees, parking areas, fine, overspeed, driving habit, how to get a police report when something happen with a international driving license, etc. Also be careful on what actually the company charged and for what cos the statement wasn’t clear for details.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
