Cons: I had to drop off the car after hours. So I had to drop the car key into a drop box, but the key did not fit into the narrow slot of the drop box so it was stressful. I wasn't sure what to do. I finally had to jam the key half way into the slot. I hope the key was not damaged.

Pros: The representative was helpful once he appeared at the desk. The instructions regarding picking/dropping were clear to realize. The car was clean.

Cons: 1. In spite of declared desk working hours (08:30-21:00) the representative didn't appear on the desk (picking up at 09:00and dropping out at 20:45) in comparison to his colleagues from other rental companies. I needed to call him at 09:15 and invite him to the desk that looks not serious. 2. The car was found fuel tank filled PARTIALLY, despite of rental agreement policy FULL/FULL. 3. During driving found a problem with front-wheel bearings that demands HIGHER fuel demand.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Maestro, American Express, Diners, Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
