Pros: We could drop the keys off at the end for a quick finish.

Cons: They provided a car with a huge crack spreading across 2/3 of the windscreen, without repair. We asked for a different car, they refused and lied, saying no cars were available. The employee raised his voice on the phone and laughed at me for being concerned. He explained “the glass won’t crack more, in Finland this is fine”; I’m fairly sure glass cracks the same way worldwide. When confronted in person, we were finally given a different, small car and an apology for shouting and “being tired”.

Pros: Picking up the car was easy.

Cons: Struggled to find the reception. Company sign/logo was too small to catch the eyes easily. Had to call the reception to get the direction. I picked the car 1 hour after the sceduled time. But the return time was not increased, even though the duration would have been the same.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Maestro, Debit cards, PayPal, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
Cash is not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following country: Russia.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
