Pros: Not very friendly staff. They tried to give me a car, but all they had was a Dacia Logan MCV which was ready in about 2 hours. Not a pleasant way to start your vacation. I proposed to them to take us to the hotel - 15 mins drive and bring the car when it's ready - this would have resulted in extra cost, so we waited for 2 hours.
Cons: The car itself was very old and had a dusty smell. Nothing was working properly - no sound, the doors were difficult for the children to open and close.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Maestro, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
