Pros: Andy was nice when I picked up the car and he gave me his personal number so I can keep in touch.

Cons: The tires on the car were worn out badly and unevenly. When I dropped it off the agent accused me of denting the bottom of the car. I got upset because I know I took care of the car and I would have remembered that dent. I’m glad I took a video of it to show him it was there before too. It went ok after but I didn’t like being accused of something I didn’t do.

Only given their pre-prepared car inspection form without an actual on-site assessment of the vehicle 5) Only brief introduction to the car but lacked a comprehensive explanation of its features and functions.

Pros: Fin ekspedition og papirarbejde. Ingen diskussioner omkring ekstra forsikringer.

Cons: Vi havde booket en Skoda Fabia eller lignende. Vi fik en ældre Fiat Punto, som vi kunne have lejet billigere. Bilen var kun knap fuld selv om der var bestilt fuld til fuld. Der var indsat en plagiatradio som ikke virkede og der var ingen stik til opladning, selv om der i høj grad var brug herfor, når navigation skulle ske med egen telefon. Sprinklere var forkert indstillet og bilens ringe motorkraft var en stor udfordring i det det bjergrige land og vi var ikke trygge i at kunne nå hjem.

Cons: I would welcome information that our car rental service is located outside of Airport area. We were lost and nobody from traditional car rental companies located outside of airport building helped us. Also the car had an outdated equipment- no carplay/android auto or parking sensors.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Maestro, American Express, Diners, Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
The purchase of the following insurance(s): Cross Border Pack is mandatory.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Countries. Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
