Pros: Kind personnel
Cons: At drop off 03:30 am no one was present at rental office as agreed. Caused stress and frustration and we had to call all sorts of numbers and knocking on the door. Did not come until 04:30 (employee that did not even work that day). Very unprofessional.

Cons: Automobilis buvo senomis nudėvėtomis padangomis. Viena padanga plyšo keliose vietose, šone. Jokio eismo įvykio neturėjome. Susisiekus agentas pasakė nusipirkti padangą už kurią gražins pinigus. Jokių pinigų negrąžino.

Pros: The actual pickup process is very professional and quick.
Cons: Finding the agent upon pick up and drop off was not that easy. The car was in terrible condition! Broken all over, very dirty and the engine water kept overheating. Some other warning lights kept on popping up too. Felt very unsafe especially when traveling long distance from city to city

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1050.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

A Young driver fee is not applied.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
