Pros: Service speed and helpfulness at pick-up and drop-off

Cons: Car was smaller then expected and worn-out (over 100 000 km mileage), but without technical problems. After the rental we received a report with pictures of new damages, although the scratches were earlier. Also the damage on the display, I pointed this out to the agent at the pick-up but he just said that it was known. I claimed it and sent my pictures, there was no response but after 2 weeks the deposit was unblocked on credit card, it was very uncomfortable. So take pictures!

Pros: The agents changed us the car easily

Cons: Had to change the car 3 times : in total we had 4 different cars in 4 days. Cars were in poor conditions (lacking major things like air conditioning, front light lightbulb, or functioning car keys to open/close the car). One car was dirty. Cars were pretty bad for the money, not really worth it. I wonder if they comply with some security standards, for being a car rental company. I had to fill a claim at the end of the rental.

Cons: Bad service, nobody met at airport, we needed to find it on our selves - asking policemen. At the car rental office - in the car - employee was impolite. Ordered automatic transmission car, but they offered manual transmission car. Drop off in Agadir city - no information where to place car, how to find office.

Pros: Got battery dead, guys came to the rescue very fast (i was in city, not somewhere far)

Cons: Got cheaper car then should (not much, but still), just after taking car got tire pressure error, had to fill air. Car was ok, but it was a bit steering to the left, wipers were not very good but not terrible (happy it does not rain much in morocco. Also, they said i have to pay for cleaning the car, for me it is odd they expect me to bring back clean car

Pros: The service provided was extremely quick and efficient. We were greeted by a kind man in the airport carpark who provided us with a clean and modern vehicle. The handover was quick and we were emailed accurate documents detailing all the existing damage to the car. This company was very trustworthy and respectful. Overall this was a great hire experience. Handover on return was equally smooth and my deposit was refunded immediately.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1045.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
