Pros: Customer service was great. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Really helpful agent on the desk. Easy to find the pick up location.
Cons: The car was higher milage than I've ever had from a rental company. The car was not in great condition. After picking up found that it did not have any windscreen washer fluid in it. Booked slightly later than I usually would so the car was massively overpriced for the size of vehicle.

Pros: The representative had to wait for our delayed flight, so thank you for being there at 3am.
Cons: The representative told me that he didn;t need to see an additional drivers driving license to add them to the rental, upon reading the conditions, the additional renter is not allowed unless specified. If I had allowed another person to drive the car and there had been an accident there would have been all sorts of trouble. The representative provided no assistance with the child seat and asked us to drive away from the airport without the baby seat strapped in correctly so additional time di

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
