Pros: Pick-up was hassle free. The pick-up location was very close to our hotel in the Marrakech medina. The agent provided me with all the information, and did not ask me to buy additional insurance (I hate it when they make you feel bad for not taking insurance...). All damages on the car had already been photographed and recorded electronically, and I got a copy of them via email. And for a great price!!
Cons: The car itself was only in OK shape - lots of scratches and even some small burn holes in the upholstery. That's just cosmetic though. The windshield wipers were not good at all though. Thankfully it did not rain (much) during our trip; in the future, I'll check the windshield wipers before driving out of the rental. AutoUnion does not have a permanent office in our drop-off location, the Rabat airport. This was not pointed out clearly.

Pros: They we’re courteous, responsive and easy to work with.
Cons: The car’ has gushed was not working so our tank was almost empty. Luckily we filled up right away otherwise we would have run out of gas.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1050.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
