Pros: Honestly, no positives.

Cons: Avoid at all cost! Worst experience with car rental so far. They were not picking up the phone,late for pick-up, did not have the car we booked, substitute car was dirty, with broken screen wiper, tank just half-full, no screenwash, battery in keys dead, wrong child seat fitted. The worst was return - we agreed the guy will come to the airport to take the car, but when were 5 min away from the airport and called him he kept insisting we have to come to the office which is not in the airport.

Cons: It wasn't clear enough where to meet, instead of gate 5, which doesn't exist, you have to write down bus stop number 5, after I called they came to pick me up from the station, and after it turned out that the car I wanted wasn't available, it's a shame I didn't cancel the deal at all.Even when I returned the car, it wasn't clear where to return it, I called the phone number listed on the order, but he didn't know how to give me an answer, I finally asked other people and managed without favors

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 7 day before the pick up date.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Turkey, European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Rental period

The maximum rental period is without limitations.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
