Cons: The car had half tank when we rent the car and we have been asked to put the fuel and by mistake we put full tank , we have asked if we could have the money back for the full tank and guy said did not got the money back which we very disappointed definitely not going to rent the car from this company ever again

Pros: It was horrible experience nothing to like
Cons: There was no dest representative. it took 1.5h to get the car we from the megacar Bydgoszcz .the agent representative that was collecting the car from as was extremely rude. There were hidden costs.

Driver requirements

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
