Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: The car wasn't really pick up from the airport, me and my family was driven to the near city to pick up the car. The car was extremely dirty outside but I heard that condition is due to rainy weather and season and not to worry about that. that was strange as the pick up point was located next to car wash. When left the car in similar condition I was charged £30.14 for dirty car. I wrote to the company and any answer to this day. Also air condition was broken and car was quite used

Cons: Booking was made on estate car but received saloon. Our plane landed 8 pm as per booking but the agent came to pick us up just 9:30 pm. Car was very dirty inside and out. Had to clean it myself next day as we were using it 2 weeks. Would add pictures of how did it look, unfortunately can't. Very disappointed with the service.

Pros: Nothing as your telephone customer service agents have no authority over car rental companies you put me in touch with.
Cons: The company chosen for my to rent the car with and lack of any strong resolution on the time and place on many issues I had with my rental.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
