Pros: Nothing , appalling service. The telphone advisor Renae should be disciplined, her failure to respond to our call when we had an emergency shoiuld be addressed. We called her a number of times only to receive two messages saying she would call us, she never did.

Pros: No one met me at the airport. After eating at the Kingston airport for almost one and a half hours, I decided to charter transportation to my destination. I kept getting promises that my rental car would be delivered. I kept getting excuses about why it wasn’t delivered, until it turned out that I was dealing with ACTUAL scammers. I would not recommend this service/site to my worst enemy!

Pros: Easy to book but very difficult to get the car.

Cons: This is my second time using this service and I am yet to meet and greet with anyone. On both occasions I have been at the airport for hours, calling numbers after number just to speak with someone. The drop off was rushed and I didn't get enough time to look over the car. I also didn't like the fact that a car was provided from Montego Bay for me who was in Kingston. I had issues with the car and couldn't take it to the car rental company for them to look over it.

Pros: Nothing. This was a horrendous experience.

Cons: It took 2 hours to pick up the car. I did not order an old filthy car. No Radio No Apple play I was promised a sat nav, they did not bring it. I was promised a change of car, they did not bring it. I continue with the booking on the promise that they would change the car. They did not bring the car. They did not inform me formally that they were not going to bring the car on a day different to the pre arranged car changeover. I am appalled at the service given by this company.

Cons: It took some time for the agents to come to the airport at the pick up as their office is not at the airport. I found a bit frustrating that when calling at the office, the call was not answered so we needed to call other numbers provided, one by one, to finally get a person.

Pros: The customer service was responsive, communicated with me via email and proposed a solution.

Cons: I lengthly already described to mrs. Matilde via email and send pictures. If important you may get those emails from her. Basically no one waited at the airport, the guy said he lost the keys and the parking tichet, gave me a very dirty car without any form signed and with expired insurance and yearly technical verification. The car made strange noises when driving. Thank god no incident while on the roads.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
