Pros: I can not say I like something about it. Because this has been the most nightmarish car renting experience to me.
Cons: They provided an nvalid cross border document and I had to pay extra insurance for each border-crossing. Basically they charged me 50€ for nothing. Plus, When I had to drop of the car the personnel was not in his place. They made us wait at the airport more than 35 minutes. I nearly missed my flight and got stressed because of him. He also was a bit rude. While I was recording him when he was late to come and pick up the car, he tried to push my phone away.

Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Maestro, American Express, Diners, Debit cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
