Pros: Very efficient and easy to pick up and drop off the car.
Cons: Quite a long wait due to the queue and only one member of staff processing.

Cons: We were in hurry and we spended a lot of time for waiting in front of the office, beaucase there wwere nobody. And then the same when we were waiting for a car. 2x 20 minutes. But the price was nice. Nobody is perfect.
Cons: The agent wouldnt let us pick up the car at 930 am At 11 am, she made us wait for 30 minutes. She then charged me an extra 20 euros (286 euros) instead of the agreed upon 267.70 euros. Then, she left and came back 15 minutes later and told me where to get the car, which was a 15 minute walk with all our luggage. The service at Autovia is terrible in Pescara

Cons: the warning lights on the vehicle meaning did not trust using the car for a planned journey of 2 hours there and back. hence no point in having car!
Pros: Very slow service. Very odd set up. The car wasn't at the airport as started. Awfully slow service and drop off. Allow at least 30-45 minutes when you drop off and anything up to 90 minutes to pick up the car!!
Cons: Super slow service from the staff. The car ran out of washer fluid. The car wasn't at the airport I had to walk out of the airport onto the main road to collect the car. Very poor service.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, San Marino.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Malta, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Tunisia, Turkey.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
