Pros: rude staff, if you don't take out insurance from them they don't become friendly twice already and the same experience.
Cons: the car's engine was making a lot of noise and we had to inflate the tires on the day we picked up the car because they were flat
Pros: The representative, Francesca, was friendly and clear in everything she said. The car despite that had 3-4 damages, was new and very nice.
Cons: 1) Too much time to wait. I was standing in front of the desk at least 1 hour and a half. 2) The terms that I have booked the car changed. She asked 252 euros extra for the insurance that I have paid online. If not she put deposit 2000 for damages and 3000 for thef. Finally I have paid the 252 for total full insurance, but she blocked also 250 from card just in case. I hope these money will be back to my account, cause we return the car in the same condition and full of fuel. 3) Return much tim

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, San Marino.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Malta, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Tunisia, Turkey.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
