Pros: For some time there was only one person working at the desk, we had to wait quite a lot to get the car. The car was an older one, saw that it was used already a lot, else it was clean and ok.
Cons: The service provided was all good, except for the waiting, kind and patient.

Cons: lots of paperwork to do , even after having reserved online, so long waiting time with only 1 desk manager, and complicated rules of paperwork, we wanted the second driver but both drivers have to be there fysically , so was not possible for us

Cons: The instructions as to how to meet the shuttle bus were unclear. Both we and some German tourists who arrived at the same time had a long wait - about an hour - before we were picked up.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1390.00 - € 1950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
