Pros: The associates were pleasant, prepared and cared about what we would experience.
Cons: The car held up nicely but had some previous damage to the right front, which must have resulted in an impact to the hubcap, which came off on the autostrada.
Pros: Customer pick up from hotel when requested, fast check in and drop off
Cons: Car was quite scratched and dented when we picked up, but we noted all and there were no problems at drop off

Cons: Picking up the address provided doesn't take clients to the right place. You all should check that everything in the car works before you give it out to a renter. You knew we rented in Sorrento and were returning in Venice. That's a long drive and renters need to use their phones for GPS which drains battery.
