Pros: The agent, Luna, who booked us in was efficient, friendly and helpful. She communicated with us quickly throughout the trip when things were going sideways Luna told us not to fill the CNG before returning the car, without us asking for anything.
Cons: The garage part of the rental. No one took the time to guide us through the dashboard, so had no idea how to read the 2 fuel type gages. It was a hybrid, unleaded & CNG, not familiar to us. Plus we were told the CNG tanks were full & they weren't. This type of fuel is also not easily accessible, not all gas stations had it The windshield washers didn't work. Car was dirty so couldn't tell what were scratches or dents. One of the reverse lights was out.

Cons: The place where they are located, i got a car outside very dirty, someone had returned the car and they gave it to me without cleaning, front the car full with midges.

Cons: The car received was different than the one booked (An old Fiat 500L instead of an Opel Corsa). The car was very used (more than 174.000km), it was not so clean, it had some issues at take-off due to used clutch and the windscreen wipers aged and they didn’t clean very good.

Driver requirements
