Cons: The car was very dirty from outside and inside. The scratches and overall defects were not detectable on such a dirty car. Even the windshield was dusty from inside. The rental desk tried to push us to get additional insurance even though we already had full-coverage insurance from DiscoverCars. Very unprofessional!

Pros: Car was of very good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: It was a little busy when I picked up the car, with the queue I waited for a little while, but that's not really their fault. The staff did their best to process everyone as quickly as possible.

Pros: Very friendly service,clean car and thorough out going inspection w/agent. We were told by check out agent 11am was ok to return car despite our paperwork saying 0900

Cons: When returning car we were charged an additional day despite having the car back before the previously agreed 11am return time despite he same agent verifying our agreement. So very unhappy with both agencies regarding this.

Pros: Efficient pick up,

Cons: Dropping off the car took nearly 1.5 hours. Luckily we didn't have a flight to catch. The couple on front of us were charged €200 because there was a scratch on the keyring, not even the car! We were really worried as it felt like a total scam. Fortunately all was OK, but it made me feel I wouldn't book with autowill again.

Cons: They tried to charge us for additional elements we already paid for such as insurance. Many of the fees noted appeared to be a way to generate revenue such as a ferry fee rather than a requirement of local laws. Also wanted to charge us $50 euro to drop car off early before their office hours opened.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 3000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Administrative fee.
During the winter season (from 01.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are not included in the price but will be added to it as a mandatory additional charge of 50.00 EUR per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas. For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 18.75 EUR will apply.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
