Pros: Despite arriving at around Midnight we were greeted by Dario and taken by minibus to the cars, only a very short journey and getting on our way was efficient. Also, on our return Dario spotted us and checked to make sure all was good with the cars and wished us well. Customer service at it's best!

Pros: Car was new and was cleaned from outside and inside before giving it over to me. Pick up took around 15min and drop off max 10min. That was really great, because I had to hurry to a plane. I didn't have any damages to the car, so I can't say anything about managing the damages.

Cons: Оценки снизила по таким причинам: 1. необоснованно дорогая арендная плата за аренду мини-автомобиля (в 2021 роду возросла в 3 раза); 2. Представитель AUTOWILL не встретил нас в аэропорту, мы искали пункт проката в аэропорту, но его там нет, нам пришлось звонить, хотя условие передачи автомобиля "meet and greet", 3. Машину получали после 8 вечера на неосвещенной площадке, повреждения на автомобиле рассматривали при помощи фонарика на мобильных телефонах.

Pros: Clean and ok personnel.

Cons: You were never reachable by phone in the first place after I made my booking and had to modify the booking. When I email you I get a response after 10 days (almost close to my booking day) and i get 2 different responses from two people. I was told in the email from Autowill that there will be a person to receive me outside the arrivals and I see no one and there is no Office of their own in the airport. I then reach out to them via phone and they ask me to wait and come after 20 mins.
