Pros: Pickup and drop off were seamless. We didn’t have to wait to talk to an Associate. The office was super easy to find. The Associate even gave us a recommendation for how much gas we might need to have the attendant put at the gas station - this was SUPER useful since Americans usually measure in gallons instead of liters of gas. The car was just what we needed to get around Milos!

Cons: The initial car, Peugeot 301, was very old and in a pretty bad condition, it broke down after half a day. They should really renew the fleet, given the price paid!

Pros: Everything, this was an ideal car rental experience! The office was clean and efficient, the staff were kind and genuine. They made a last minute change to our drop off location that saved us time and money. They didn’t charge for a second driver. They even provided a WhatsApp phone number to reach them at if we had engine trouble…showing how thoughtful they are about foreigners using eSIMs. Beyond 10/10, efharisto!

Pros: Avance car rental Milos! We kwamen aan met de Ferry is Milos. Het verhuur bedrijf lag gelijk bij de aankomt plek van de Ferry. Onze auto een Fiat Panda hybrid stond al klaar. De afname verliep super we werden snel geholpen er werd wat water aangeboden. De auto was nieuw, schoon en had amper wat km op de teller. Ook met terugbrengen werden we snel geholpen door Marcos. Hij bood ons aan de koffers even op te slaan en en inleveren ging super soepel en simpel. Zeer tevreden met de Avance Rental in

Cons: The car hadn't been cleaned, though for me that wasn't a big deal, as I knew we would get the car dirty too. There was a minor problem with the driver's side window too, did not close correctly.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Ferry usage is forbidden from: Rhodes
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece, Greece - Crete Island.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
