Avec Rent A Car at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: exceptional, very clean car, even 2 botles of whater

Pros: AVEC Employee wasn’t at the airport counter when i reached. I went to them at the outside office(parking area). The employee there was not polite. He accused me for taking drugs or alcohol. That was in-front of my son. Unlike the drop-off employee he was helpful and friendly .

Cons: The full insurance amount was to much comparable with other company.

Pros: Check-in a bit slow. Doing all payments by internet without access to Terminal, so ensure that cards are open for internet payments without services like Mastercard Secure. Car model and condition very much as expected. Return was a lot easier than the pickup.

Cons: Worth nothing is that there's little information that the pick-up desk that says "In terminal" is only relevant to Terminal 1 at Antalya Airport. There's only a phone number posted on a vacant office space in Terminal 2.

Pros: Машина была почти новая. В отличном состоянии, ну, а царапины на правых дверях - на скорость не влияют ;-)

Cons: I would prefer rent and deposit to be charged separately to my card.

Cons: They are not based in the terminal and the notice that they outside in the car park very small, can be easily missed.

Pros: Fast and good service. Got pick up to go to correct terminal, we believed we could pick it up without traveling to another terminal.

Cons: Car is not close to what was promised. We didnt have energy to complain as we were late and tires. Car served its purpose but was not a car model as promised. So we choose other channels to rent next time.

Cons: There was no desk in Terminal 2 for AVEC. The phone number didn't work, was hard to find them. Nobody says they are in Terminal 1 and how to reach them.

Pros: They answer inquiries but I asked for google map coordinates where to return the car through whatsapp and they don’t know how to send. I have to find the parking area by following the instructions through phone conversation.

Pros: Very professional service. All our questions were answered before leaving with the car.

Cons: They were great to rent from. Will know more when I get my deposit back.

Cons: they gave us a new MG but completely out of fuel. it was at 0km. After 13 days, we have still not received our deposit back. they make excuses. I do NOT recommend Aveccar to anyone. They are thieves!

Cons: The fuel policy was full to full, which the agent confirmed in the airport. When I picked up the car the fuel light was on, and was empty. We had booked a hybrid car, but we didn't receive one at pick up.

Cons: They had only 1 system working. They took 30 minutes for just 1 customer before me. When it was my turn, they charged my credit card (already in their system) without asking me. I wanted to use a different card. They did not have the car I had requested, which is fine, but they were trying to fool me (because I'm a foreigner) by saying unnecessary things like it is a free upgrade (when it was not).

Cons: I ordered Audi Q2 and was given Citroen C5, a completely different car. The rental provider informed me that they have no Q2s in all of Antalya. You shouldn't advertise, what you don't have!

Pros: Not a lot did not explain what they were taling the extra money for and how much
