Pros: Everything went well, make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions and you shouldn't have any problems. They will hold a deposit for tolls, etc. but the balance was returned within the 7 day promised period.

Cons: I didn’t take the car. Agent attitude was so bad, not helpful at all. The car i reserved was audi, when i arrived he said it’s not there. He wanted to give me another car and it was bad. Anyways he doesn’t accept cash and his credit card machine is broken and didn’t accept my card. So i had to go rent a car from another rental office. I took a car from avis they were very helpful my card was accepted. Everything were great with them.

Cons: The maintenance of the car needs to be done. I had to fill Adblue as the sign stated that the car would not have started post 100 Km due to it running out. I had no idea what it was and how much to fill. These kinds of matters need to be taken care of by the company before rental.

Pros: The car was in excellent condition, barely a few months old and had only about 6000 kms on the clock.

Cons: The car requires an additive every 10,000 kms which we had to pay for. Car maintenance should be the agency's cost. On returning the car, they didn't mention any additional costs. After we checked in at the airport, i got an sms showing a significant amount deducted from my card. While this amount was fair (tolls and remaining fuel), this should have been mentioned when we returned the car so i could ensure my card wasn't charged over the limit. They did apologize for the oversight.

Cons: The fuel cost , deducted from my card was not justified as i received the car not full less than full and delivered the same exact level and sent them the video proof of fuel level during receiving , also the front passenger seat was dirty with white stain , still waiting for my deposit amount to be back to my account , also they should send exactly how much amount deducted for fuel and toll fees , which they did not do
