Pros: The people working at Avec car are extremely unprofessional. The man took my passport to look for my entry visa stamp as it’s a requirement. Then started going through my passport and looking at all my visa’s. Made a comment about my USA visa to which I told him was not his business. He then replied that it’s ‘Not a problem’ if he looks through my passport at my other visas for his own amusement. When I told him that I’d like my passport back, he threw my passport at me and told me ‘No car!’

Cons: I explained to him that my passport is my personal document and not for his amusement as every visa he saw in my passport would come with a rude comment from him. As my wife understands some Turkish, he was swearing at us to the other lady who worked there. It was very embarrassing and unacceptable. Never Ever Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad treatment from staff A guarantee of 150 euros was taken and has not been returned to date, which is equivalent to at least 700 dirhams, as only 211 dirhams were returned to me. It is completely unacceptable

Cons: I have never got a single email every time my credit card was charged, even though I asked to correct my Email 3 times...First, before picking up the car (June 18th 2024), second when I called customer service to extend my rental period (June 25th 2024) and finally when I dropped off the car (June 29th 2024). Till the writing of this feedback, I have not got any invoice explaining what I was charged for. This is the only reason for my dissatisfaction.

They did not provide any printed proof and took my phone to take a picture of the screen. Will never deal with this company again.

Cons: It was a catastrophic experience. Specially when I picked up the car. They have no card payment machine. They took a photo of my golden credit card. Then the rental agent at the desk tried to make online payment with m golden credit card without notifying me, not once, but several times. What happened then? My bank blocked all of my cards and accounts due to a suspected fraud attempt. I had then to call my bank in my homeland. Waited over an hour on the line in order to fix this problem.
