Pros: Well l did really well for many days but on the last day, l was side swiped in a shopping centre, the culprit left a note, of which he was at fault.
Cons: I had trouble with locating the right Terminal for Avis, but once the paperwork was done, l was redirected to the right Terminal and Avis.

Pros: Car was upgraded to that booked.
Cons: Signage at Terminal desk was not clear as many clients spent a long time searching the public parking lot looking for the Avis booth whereas if the signage said "Rental Car Parking Lot". much time would have been saved.
