Pros: The easy pick up and drop at airport were good

Cons: You pay for a price and when you check-in 1. You don’t get the car you expect (same category but never same comfort/class) 2. you end up doubling the price as you are explained you should take and this option. This is scandalous

Pros: The child car seat available from your office was either a Britax seat – which was very worn and looked broken, or a another model Heyner. This also was old, but the better looking of the both On getting to the car, I realised that the car seat did not have the right system to fit into the car. The car had the ISOFix system, but the seat had just one central metal loop. There was no way that this seat could be fitted into the car. I explained this to the Avis representative at the airport

Cons: Which she wasn't really interested and said this is what we have,I asked if there is a manual user or someone can come to help she said check online,that's lead that we couldn't use the car as we want and travel around as was not safe for my kid at all
