Pros: The provided a car !
Cons: The desk took a long time to process our booking and the car was not clean , there were lots of scratches and dents allover the car and interior seats were badly stained .

Pros: The car was new with low mileage and I really liked how it drove (Kia Soul). Dropping off the car was easy.
Cons: They charged me insurance (which I already had) without even asking. I was stupid tired due to a delayed flight and very long day and didn't realize I was agreeing to it. Surprise! when I got my credit card bill. This is fraudulent, dishonest and just plain bullshit. I was also at the counter for well over an hour as no one could figure out how to adjust my hours of pick up and drop off with a pre-paid rental. Would not intentionally book with AVIS again - EVER.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
