Avis Lebanon
As suggested by its name, this company is a branch of the rental car giant Avis that serves the eastern Mediterranean nation of Lebanon, one of the most popular tourist destinations of the Middle East. The original franchise agreement between Avis and the local company dates back to 1962. In Lebanon, the company can be found in its capital city, Beirut, where it has offices both in its international airport and at the city center. It also has branches in other cities of the country and a fleet of well over a thousand vehicles in total. That includes all types of vehicles from small economy cars all the way to luxury vehicles.
Avis in Lebanon doesn’t allow its vehicles to be taken outside of Lebanon. The company, like all rental companies in Lebanon, requires customers to have a credit card to both leave the security deposit and pay for the rental.
