Cons: I didn't like the fact that the agent was insisted to buy the 13€ per day ensurance,telling me that the normal price for a car rental is around 26€per day. So I bought the extra 13€ ensurance and with that the total rental cost me 200€ . I will never rent with them again.

Pros: Price was reasonable but that’s about it

Cons: AVOID THIS COMPANY. They don’t want repeat bookings,but force you to buy additional services. The fat guy with glasses is a shocking human being and threatened to drop us back at the airport with our crying baby as we challenged him about his desire to make us pay for extra things like insurance we did not need as we purchased separately at a much cheaper rate. All white cars with no sensors and want you to scratch to make you pay extra. Luckily I rent cars regularly so knew about these scams.

Pros: Very clear instructions at pick-up. Very clear instructions regarding insurance policy. + Staff was polite, respectful and always available from pick-up to drop-off (24x7)! Professional!

Pros: Got a car which was more powerful than the one I requested and paid for.

Cons: Had to wait at airport for agent.. Agent not very friendly after I informed him I didn't wish to purchase insurance - he then changed car and gave me a different one which was very scratched. Advised 1cm of new scratch would cost me €300. On return, again was asking us to proove every mark on car was on it upon receipt - luckily we had photos and were prepared but be warned

Cons: When I rent the car they have tried to take scam me by taking more money,more isues with the car braking down and not receiving any help,spending time to fix the car myself out of my own pocket,verry ruud people and not helpful at all.wors experience ever.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.


The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
