Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL: DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.

Cons: The instructions said to ring a phone number on arrival but as an international visitor I wasn’t able to. A web-based option like Whatsapp messaging would have been better. Thankfully the information desk at Adelaide airport let me use their phone. Otherwise everything else was great and went smoothly.

Cons: Turned out we had vbooked through a 3rd party, but was provided by Bargain rentals! Person at Adelaide airport office was indifferent and not helpful. Not even a map in the car or office to help us get out to the main road. A map in thew car would be helpful! When I asked directions to get either to motorway or city- very unhelpful. When I asked about getting a bus rather than getting them to take me back to the airport- they again could only tell us a bus stop on the road, but no more

Cons: Car had 2 damaged seatbelt buckles in the rear seats, both missing the plastic guards around the buckle and one which had been duct taped. The sharp parts led to minor cuts to two passengers fingers, on separate occasions.

Pros: Clean, newish (10,000km) small vehicle as ordered (MG3) No evidence of damage or problems. Needed for 1 week, driven 365kms mostly two trips out of Adelaide CBD. All OK, car reliable, well looked after. Brought it back a little dirty but no issue at their end. Service on return quick, and back at the Airport well before we had to be, as shuttle bus was ready for us. Second time used in 5 months, no complaints.

Cons: Unfortunately not situated at Adelaide Airport Terminal (rent is probably too high) and therefore to get cheaper/Bargain Price, they are located approx 10-12 minutes drive from Airport, and therefore provide a Shuttle Bus service to their location. An added stress in a new location for a non-local who really just wants to get to their accomodation as fast as possible. Following the directions for contacting Bargain was OK, but the location Pin on the Map was not precise/correct, a little offonly

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 3335.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions). ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 100 km of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: bank statement or utility bill, paper copy of driving license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The deposit is taken at the start of the rental, to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental.

A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 100 km of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The deposit amount for local renters is 1000 AUD.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: Cash, Prepaid cards.
An administration charge of 1.4 % will apply for payments made by credit or debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to drive to some locations in the country as well as on some specific roads. For more information, please contact the rental office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
