Cons: Better maintenance on the car like tires pressures and some rubbish fpund in the glove box

Cons: The insurance is a bit pricy, but otherwise everything else is good

Cons: Vehicle we booked not available, had to have 2 cars with only 1 person happy to drive. Wait for pick up shuttle was 40 minutes, in the cold with babies. Customer service from pick up driver wasnt great and they are our first encounter in a new countey, would have been nice if he was a little friendlier. Guy at the counter was super helpful, but it was late and we were tired, picking up our cars took a long time.

Cons: Getting a shuttle bus from the airport it’s hard to call you as I’m deaf… you need an sms system easy for ppl who can’t call.

Pros: Quick service, especially at drop off. The car ran pretty well, showed some wear and tear but overall was a good little car for our trip.

Cons: When we arrived in Sydney we had to ring a phone number to arrange the shuttle bus to pick us up and bring us to the car rental desk. But we are from the UK and therefore this would cost us a fortune to phone a OZ number from our mobiles. We eventually found a phone to use from the airport but this was quite stressful. Other car rental companies gave us a link to click which we could do from the free airport WiFi. This is a better idea

Cons: Being that it was my first time driving in Sydney I wish they would have given a brief overview of laws and regulations of the road. Also, my car rental would not connect my phone in order to have my maps up on the screen, which made it tougher to navigate a new city and country, while driving alone.

Cons: I picked the car on Dec 7th at 3pm. It broke down at 4.50pm. I had to wait until the next day at 11.20am to get a new car, and it costed me more than 200$ in hotel and Uber. They also informed me I will have to pay later several hundreds dollars for the towing of the vehicle.

Pros: When dropping off the car, i was very close to close and had not filled up the car with fuel, the agent was very kind to help me and allow me time to trive across the road to fill the tank

Cons: 1. When I picked up the car, it had a huge undocumented scrape down the side of the vehicle. I needed to point it out and have them reprint the vehicle report 2. They said they would send my contract via email and after not receiving it for over 24 hours, I had to ask them for it.

Pros: David went above and beyond to set up my mobile connection to the gps function.

Cons: Was advised to sit inside to wait for shuttle, which should be 20 minutes. Waited nearly an hour and, if it hadn’t been for another client mentioning that the shuttle was there, I doubt a staff member would have let me know. Also, no client toilet facilities that I could see. I think No Birds are your strongest competitor and they perform far better in this space.

Pros: Friendly. Staff coped well given they were clearly understaffed.

Cons: Wrong card charged with $500 hold. Then it was cancelled at your end but not refunded. I had to call three days later when the refund was still not through. When I collected the car my car was given to someone else and I had to wait while another was cleaned. The entire process from the call at the airport to drive away took almost 2 hours. Also disappointing that I couldn't pair my Android phone with the stereo to use Google maps given I was driving in a strange place.

Pros: I got to the drop off over an hour before my flight, I asked when I got there how often the bus comes, I was told 10 minutes, after 10 minutes I asked again and I was told 5 minutes, eventually the bus showed up and I said to the driver are we able to leave straight away as we have been here a while and I'm running late, and he needed to go to the toilet, fair enough, I'm reasonable but proceeded to drive 10 KMs under the limit all the way to the terminal taking a good 15 minutes to get there,

Cons: At this point I was sobbing and instead of dropping at the drop off in front of the doors he took us to the uber drop off and we ran to the desk where we were told we had missed the flight and I started hyperventilating and the staff pushed me through, to finish off I sobbed the whole way home on the flight, I never expected the driver to speed but I'm sure I read that the service from the airport to the yard was around 20 minutes, I would have called a taxi if I had of known how carefree he was
