Pros: Nothing!!

Cons: They wanted to refuse me the rental of the vehicle. They stated I have not rented from them before and wanted to request 3 months bank statements. I also receive a Nissan Xtrail which was in poor condition where my rental was for a Tiguan or similar. In my view a Xtrail and Tiguan are not on the same level and I was very disappointed. Really felt like they did not want me to rent a vehicle from them and stated that next time they can refuse me rental. Was very poor service and unprofessional.
