Cons: The car had 153,000km on the clock and it looked like it. The ceiling had actual staples on the ceiling as the roof lining had come off. The car was collected in the evening and we couldn't see the condition of the car.

Pros: We had an issue at the end with a phone being left in the car- they came straight back, drove us to where the car was parked and sorted out with speed and effectively so as not to miss our flight. It’s the little things.

Pros: The lady who let us at the airport was LOVELY, she was so helpful and kind. She even held my 4yr old daughters hand out to the car as my daughter took to her! She was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and there when’s got back to drop it off even though we was quite early. Highly recommend

Cons: Old cars with high mileage- first one broke down on us, faulty electrics. Replacement was better, but also mechanical problems - probably near scrap.

Pros: The agent lady was very friendly and helped us with all documents. The car was brought to us just outside the terminal when we signed off all documents. The whole process took less than 10mins. Dropping off the car was very easy too - the agent was waiting for us and we just have the keys to her. Highly recommend!

Cons: Cash payment during car pickup - there was no note in the agreement or conversation, that I have to pay by cash the whole amount at the car pickup. That should be told to customer in advance...not everybody has on hand 350 eur in cash. Air leak on of the tires - this should not happen, if technical checks are done correctly. fuel consumption of the car was quite high - 8.5l / 100km (Mazda 3, automatic trasmission, model year 2010) The car had already around 180 000 km.
