Pros: I didn't realize the rental company is not at Terminal 1, where all the other rental companies are located. We took a shuttle all the way out there, then all the way back. I appreciate the instructions for finding the shuttle and description of the stop, though... thank you for that. I didn't pick up car. I didn't have an international permit, which I didn't need with the car I had dropped off three days prior, or the car I picked up an hour later on my own.

Cons: The car insurance is very high, when you compare the overall price with other competitors it would be the same. You have to take the bus to get the car which isn’t convenient if you have many luggage. When returning the car, they accused me damaging the car, however I have proof that the car was damaged when I got it first time

Pros: As already said, good desk and return, good information online then at desk, good rental procedure, car in good condition. Overall a good service and a good car rental experience.

Cons: The insurance is somehow costly and could be 20% less expensive. As said, the only drawback is that the return of the deposit can be potentially long.

Cons: The company revealed a number of hidden conditions and fees that resulted in us being charged €336 instead of the anticipated €120 as promised by Discover Cars. This all related to the issue of paying by debit, rather than credit card. 1) we were obliged to pay a significantly higher fee for an 'insurance policy' that was allegedly obligatory on the basis that we paid by debit card. 2) I was obliged to show proof of return flight to my country of origin. Overall, very disappointed.

Cons: Too long waiting to pick up car. The car we ordered with a sat nav did not have a sat nav. We had to upgrade car and pay a lot more. On return of car it took us considerable time to find the drop off point. It was not pointed out to us clearly and we spent a long time driving all around the airport trying to find it.

Cons: They tryed to force me to buy another full coverage ensurance, because they didn't accept any two credit cards saying that it didn't work (one visa and other mastercard). Other option they give me was to cancell my reservation with discover cars and the full coverage ensurance and make a new reservation with B-Rent (3x more expensive). I got angry and talk to the manager and then they just accepted my card. When we returned the car, they found a stretch under the car just to force me pay more.

Cons: We have been persuaded by the agent to buy full insurance at the hire desk. There was a requirement to have a valid credit card for 3 months. There was more considerable excess of stolen cars than expected (2000 euros). Overall B-Rent car is a big NO for us in the future. The agent was convinced that something will happen to our car and that was better to have their insurance. I have my annual car hire insurance. The car was old - 63k, smelly and the body badly scratched.

Cons: the car provided was literally a wreckage. After 2km an alert poppped up with a message to repair the car ASAP. The engine was a disaster and the overall conditions very poor.

Cons: I ordered a Ford Fiesta and got a Lancia Ypsilon which is not the size of a Fiesta. Great in towns but hard on the back on a long run. This didn't bother us but on both pick up and drop off we overheard customers who were having problem because of their license. Folks, if you are non EU, check that your license will be accepted by the company.... Don't think its specifically a B Rent thing

Cons: The Google address provided by them was wrong , there attitude towards the customer was rude and found their behaviour discriminatory. They didn’t provide the car we booked. Also the car that we received was not properly serviced.

Cons: Refused to accept Australian International Drivers Permit. It should not be offered to Australians if the company does not accept it. We wasted time trying to pick up a car only to be told we couldn't as they don't rent to Australians. When trying to get hold of Discovercars.com it was impossible to get any assistance. 10 days later still nothing.

Cons: List is long. I came one day later and small car was not available. .Instead I got bigger car with all insurances and the price was 256 Euro instead of 118 Euro for small car. Car did not have Vigneter so I paid 200 CHF penalty plus 40 CHF for vigneter. The refill of 24 lit of fuel was paid 87 Euro. No bill to prove the fuel consumption or for 30 Euro for "service". Car itself did not sound right as it was making metal noises when driving like exhaust or something was loose.
