Cons: Because I had to pay the aforementioned extra cost/day, however I think, that I tried to do thorough research about renting in Italy. They only provide the information about the card payment on the voucher after you actually booked the rent. I don't think it's fair.

I understood from the beginning that if I didn't get full insurance with them they would charge me various scratches. I paid full insurance. The car they gave me was full of scratches and the gas tank was at 2/8. I sent them pictures of everything. When I returned the car they tried to charge me 6 scratches. Pros: The car was in a very poor state, dirty, many scratches, broken parcel shelf and the customer service was very poor. Given a hard sell on the insurance despite explaining we purchased some independently. Made us feel intimidated and threatened about further car damage. Very hard to find to collect and drop car back off.

Pros: I absolutely did not like anything about this car rental company. They lost one of our party's reservations.Gave us a car that was severely damaged. Uncharged extra bunny, four.Changing the reservation due to their losing one of ours.

Cons: We were told when we picked up the car that we could drop it off during off hours by putting the key in the night drop box the next day when we attempted to drop the vehicle off after hours, we were told it was not allowed. We received conflicting information depending on who we spoke to multiple times. This company is an absolute mess!

Pros: Good price, friendly enough people, easy to find office, pretty good state of the car, actually got the car I booked.

Pros: Upon arrival I was told several times about a so-called extra insurance that I would have to take out. This while I had already paid full coverage through DiscoverCars. This full coverage supposedly no longer suffices, nice story... I would have to pay 60 per day which would amount to 480. After refusing the prices changed and the staff became grumpy. After refusing three times, the car was given. After using the car for a week and taking very good care of it, they still tried something

Cons: I would never ever go for Brid once again. The way they tried me to give them my approval for the extra coverage i didnt needed, felt horrible. They litterely said that my coverage from discover cars didnt meant anything here in Sicily. And that i was a fool that i didnt bought the extra insurrance. although, i showed them my Voucher with Full coverage!

Pros: The checkout process was quick.

Cons: The person at check in was very pushy on additional insurance and was rude once I denied it. Did not care to talk any more once I told him that I have full coverage already. Then the female worker that showed me the car and did the checkin would cut me off multiple times as she was showing me the car in the dark, then proceeds to damage the rental with her own car door when she clocked out for the evening. I have a video of her door dinging the rental for evidence. She clearly hates her job.

Pros: The clerks at the front desk and that answered me on the phone were super kind and professionals.

Cons: I felt like I was being scammed because I was presented with two prices for a rental and I wanted the lowest one and, somehow, it was not possible to have that.

Pros: Our flight was cancelled so we came 12 hours later. BRID held the car for us without extra charges.

Cons: During the damage checka lot of damages were not noted in the system. Because we were looking very carefully we added like 7 damages that were there but not reported and that the agent was not going to add. We would have had problems at the hand in, because the second agent was way more strict. While renting, the car didn't have windshield washer fluid and we got a warning that the tire pressure was too low. And when returning the car we had to wait a long time for an available agent.

Cons: We have paid full insurance to Discover cars. However BarID charged us arbitrary “insurance” for paying with debit card. Although terms and conditions said it will be around 20 EUR per day, they insist to pay them 35 EUR, saying that contract do not specify exact amount (so they actually claim that they can put any figure as everything is around 20…). Robbery….

Cons: On picking up the car I was told that although I paid for full cover on discover website that would only cover me in the event of a collision and if I had full details of the the other person. Otherwise any scratches or damage caused let’s say while the car is parked or otherwise would incur an automatic hefty €3000 excess and likely discovers full cover would not pay out. Great! I then had to pay Brid for their full cover which waives all the excess. Dunno who was telling the truth but not nice

Cons: We had a prepaid car, everything was arranged, the debit card was supposed to be accepted. On arrival we were told that if we want a car we have to have a credit card, if we only have a debit card we have to pay 300 euros. So the car ended up costing us 350 euros instead of the agreed 140 euros. I don't know where the mistake happened, but I don't think this behavior is decent. We didn't have a problem with a debit card before.

Car we were given was covered in dents & scratches. We had to take loads of photos to ensure we would not be blamed for this. However, return drop off was quick & smooth & employee that dealt with us was very pleasant.

When I returned the car at 10am the office was locked. I am now being charged for a scratch on the car which i am trying to dispute. If someone was there when I dropped the car off, it could of been settled then. Very disappointing service

Cons: Car broke down multiple times, ultimately had to be towed. Ended up taking a taxi that cost the price of the rental to avoid missing our flight. Brid customer service was lacking and no compensation offered. Total failure.

Cons: The rental fee is low but the company charges exorbitant amounts for insurance. Even the most basic insurance was very expensive. They also charge 10 times the cost for fuel. By the time I dropped off the car to their facility the fuel showed 1/8 lower than I had picked it up. It probably needed two liters of fuel. They charged me 45 Euros for it. The rental cost was estimated to be 30 Euros but ended up at 200 with two liters of fuel and basic insurance. Totally ridiculous.

Cons: difficult to find their office; for the locals it's dead easy, but for someone coming in first, it's a different picture: no signage, answering the phone takes a long time, explanations are slightly incorrect, there are similar car renter companies in nearby group of offices to confuse the searcher and so on

Cons: The extra money they demanded, the unwillingness to cooperate (in reasonable terms), the fact that they didn't even point out the fact that the credit card was in the additional driver's name (which shouldn't have made any difference anyway), but straight out did the paperwork and only then notified us about that fact and demanded extra payment.

They implied we went to the beach and we stained them with sunblock or sea water. Yes backseats....when we hired the car for to go to a wedding!!!!

If you rent from them, make sure you take very very detailed photos or video of the car at pick up so you wont be tricked as we were. Quote: “Do you have proof it was there? No? It transpires that Discover cars "full" insurance is not "full" at all and we ended up paying an additional 35 euros per day for Brid's insurance to top up the cover. Be prepared to pay 150 euros as a deposit in case you do not bring the car back full of fuel.

Pros: Brid took from me 211 euro instead of 92 that were discussed and writen in reservation, as motivation they said that I provided debit and not credit card and even if I was agree to leave a deposit of 700 euro they took only 100 but the price of car rent was higher 211+32 instead of 92+32 euro// car was dirty - they proposed to wait until they will wash - I can't accept to waste my small vacation time.

Cons: They told that you don't accept my israeli driving license that is accepted in all europe and you want international license on paper so your insurance is not valid and I must pay 140€ for their insurance.
