Pros: None.

Cons: First of all we got Seat Ibiza,instead of VW Polo we booked.Second the car was very old ,over 12 years. Then it broke down on day number two.Breaking fluid was leaking out of the left rear wheel disk. Couple of red lights came on the dash board. Called the company immediatelly and they told me to get the car to the nearest Garage to sort it out myself.As I have a Full Cover Protection,I did refuse doing that.Mechanic came to collect it to repair which took a full day.More issues but no space.

Cons: This company delivered a car at 5am in the morning after waiting for half an hour, although they stated they would be waiting at the airport, but the best is yet to come! Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Senior driver fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 18.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Greece, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, European Countries.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 49 minutes.
