Cons: I booked a compact car but they gave me a 7 seater instead. Car had strong cigarette smell and behind back seat corners lots of peanuts. Was not thoroughly vacuumed. At the counter the lady was not knowledgable. They gave me a external navigator although the car had in built in navigator Last but not least I booked full Insurance coverage but at the counter they told me that full coverage is not provided by Buchbinder

Pros: they offer me in a good price to upgrade the car - I got new car ,the deask girl went with me to found the car , after we didnt found it....she was very helpfull - thanks

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, State Tax.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini, Economy Elite, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 1 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
