Pros: Cheaper than others and short line at the counter.
Cons: I communicated and documented concerns upfront on the condition of the vehicle when I went to take it from the parking lot and confirmed I could use my tax exempt form. But these both became time consuming issues and although I wasn't charged for the pre-existing damage I lost over an hour of my time dealing with this hassel. Not to mention I paid 19% more for the rental because they didn't take my tax exempt form. Overall it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Pros: It was fast, efficient and staff were very pleasant.
Cons: Very difficult to find at Stuttgart airport. I walked past the booth three times without noticing it. Signage could be much improved, as there is much visual competition from Avis, Hertz, Europcar, etc.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini, Economy Elite, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 1 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
