Cons: Charged me EUR 800 for something that did not happen. In detail, I returned a car, which was in a same condition as I had rented. I was returning the car on Sunday when no one was available to take over the car. On Tuesday (48 hours later) I received a damage report that I broke the wind shield with a picture of the break. The problem with that picture is that its impossible to prove that it was on the same car as I had rented. On other pictures of course the damage was not visible.
Pros: Drop off was good
Cons: I made a mistake and booked the car one day early. Despite having a car on hand they made me pay for two days rather than the one day I reserved for This was narrow minded and wrong.
Cons: Wrong pick-off location, useless instructions to drop-off location, charged 2400€ off my card with no explanation
