Cons: We had to wait for the agent to arrive. The number detailed on the booking would just keep ringing, left in the office. Insufficient information regarding the vehicle was provided, no damage or scratches report issued or given. I was told to check it out for damages in adverse weather conditions. No one was available for drop off.
Cons: This is the 2nd time in the last 6 months we have used Budget, and each time their cars have lots of marks and damage also their cars are all pretty much d models.
Pros: friendly , not expensive , good quality car , the car was easy to drive and was obviously maintained to the highest standard. staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons: two of the reversing sensors on the car were out of place
Pros: Quick and easy ! No issues at all - key drop off at the end of the rental as no one at the desk although it was during opening hours
Cons: Car was dirty on the inside , also got an “upgrade” which I didn’t want , ordered small town vehicle but got given an estate. When I tried to change it they said that’s all they have.
Pros: I didn't have the car its been cancelled from you and then I still didn't get my refund
