Cons: The experience was bad, we rented a luxury car and they gave us renault which was not comfortable. We asked them to change the car but they refused. Not recommended at all. They asked to pay for insurance again mentioning that any accident happens we will pay the full amount and then reimburse from the insurance of discover cars unless we buy the insurance from them. Moreover, we brought the car back full of fuel and they claimed the full amount of fuel, we told them to waive it.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
