Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Their checkin and checkout process were awful. Their in airport office was closed, and it was not very clear what to do to get our car. They gave me a car with a leaky tire, then charged me full price for a brand new one.

Pros: no lines when we arrived close to 10:00 AM. The car had great gas mileage.

Cons: We didn't get the message that there are driving restrictions on the license plates from certain states within Mexico and we weren't allowed to be on the road with this particular car until after 11:00 AM. This cost us a good bit of money after we were pulled over by a policeman at 10:45. The car was really beat up and should have been retired. The car comes about 3/4 full of gas and is to be returned empty.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Insurance
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, Mexico, USA.

The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
Renters who do not purchase insurance coverages from local partner, and who have not arranged for other insurance coverage that is valid in the country of pick up, may be personally responsible to supplier and/or third-parties for damages up to the full value of the rental vehicle and/ or for all damages caused to third-parties and their property.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
