Pros: Online check in speeds stuff up

Cons: 2.5 hour queue.and only one staff member Clearly lots of people didn't do online check in and each car took nearly 20 minutes

Cons: Agents very poor, no contact or information paperwork giving to keep during hire period. No map. A feel of disturbing agents conversation . Only interested in selling extra insurance and taking my 400 charge on card

Pros: Excellent car with only 1500 kms on the clock. Very clean car and trusted company so was less stressed about being conned on return. Got sent email confirming car was in same condition as when picked up.

Cons: All was excellent and no pressure to purchase their insurance on the dèsk although they did make sure to inform me of the insurance packages on the desk.

Pros: Lovely new car, slightly small for 7 people, staff were friendly and explained stuff to the best of their Knowles

Cons: They didn’t return the full deposit back. £429.33 was taken from my card and £426.41 was returned, unsure as to why this was?

Cons: Queue time was long, even though only 3 in front. I did all the check in on line prior but it made little difference. Maybe a separate queue for those who checked in online

Cons: Car was not cleaned properly and the condition was poor. More scratches on it than initially declared and a tyre with low pressure - when I pointed it out I was told to just put some air in it and call if there is an issue. Also the fuel deposit turned out to not be a deposit but a charge. The so called no worry policy when there is a fuel station on site at the airport and to be told just bring it back empty for 80 Euros. I thought I would get the difference back - it's a very poor trick.

Cons: When collecting the car at car hire desk lady was very persuasive trying to get us to purchase breakdown cover for extra charge of 7 euros a day, telling us if we breakdown we will have to arrange our own way of getting car back to rental company, which meant ringing breakdown and being charged 105 euros! We have hired many rental cars and never had to pay for this before, it has always been included in the price. Just another way to try and get more money from you by scaring you.

Pros: The staff in the airport office was ok.

Cons: The person at pick up location was unkind and patronising. When I said that the car was dirty she was teaching me that the island is very windy and cars get dirty. I have been coming to this island for 9 years, never had a car that was dirty inside as this one. I have photographs. I brought it back cleaner than it was given to me. On the way back I was told to wait to hand in the key and someone to check that the car was ok. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than the booked time. Not impressed.

Cons: When I booked my car online you guys made me pay for an extra insurance. At the office they told me that you guys have another one witch is better etc. So I had to pay 70€ more. Why you put the people to pay for an extra insurance if you guys offer another one at the desk ? Waste of money

Cons: Being asked for a receipt to prove we had just filled the car up when they don’t offer the same when collecting it

Cons: They billed me 60 Euros for a scratch on a plastic hub cap not even alloy just a cheap plastic cover and when I was showing agant pic of when I colected car and that it looked like it was already there they were not interested.

Cons: I ordered an estate and ended up with a hatchback. The fuel filler cap panel was loose. This was not obvious when collecting the car. It came off on the motorway and I was charged

Cons: There was nobody to inspect the car when we returned it. Although we knew there was no further damage.

Pros: A) Found the service desk easily and agent efficiently sorted out the paper work. B) Car was found easily C) VW Golf was clean & great to drive D) Late on I had to change the drop off time. This was done without any fuss. E) Returning the car was a simple efficient process.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Cons: I appreciate we can only expect a similar model to what was requested but a C3 Citreon quality was not that of a VW Polo and because of this, it would make me rethink the service. BTW, staff were lovely to deal with.
