Cons: It was awful. Took us more than hour to get a car Terrible service, like we are not part of the 21th centry
Pros: Car was as described.
Cons: Service on toll passes was not clear. Had to return to service counter after a portion of trip as there was no transponder in car which had Indiana plates. Counter agent then fully explained that toll transponder was not required as toll charge was done through cameras taking picture of license plates. Cost me double tolls and I lost over 3 hours of travel time due to traffic.
Pros: Easy in and out, good in-person service.
Cons: Customer service agents not able to access car maintenance records.
Pros: We called Budget and was told that they were not able to change our rental date and/or get a refund Therefore we had to contact Discover which was impossible to reach anyone. A month on and we dstill get the message on the phone that no one is answering their phones....
Pros: Gave me a local number in the event of a problem and it was of great assistance!
