Pros: We hired a car, your office was closed we had huge taxi expenses to get back to the hotel and back again in the morning and then found out you’d cancelled our car (after calling your company and they confirmed it would still be there) we then rebooked and the company charged us even more as the car I booked wasn’t available and we had to pay for an upgrade!!!!!🤬

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, Surcharges, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
