Pros: Very efficient and friendly.

Cons: The Renault Quid I was given was absolutely awful - it drove like a car that had been in an accident and not properly repaired. I returned it the day after collection and told them that the car is dangerous to drive. They exchanged it immediately for a different make and it was like driving a decent car. PLEASE inform Avis and Budget NOT to stock the Renault Quid - its a terrible and very dangerous car to drive and they exchanged it without question because they have already had many complaints

Pros: Fast handling when you arrived. Very friendly and service-minded people at the airport rental (Budget). Devin, the guy who went through the car on delivery was very outspoken and looked every customer in the face and asked them how their holiday/trip has been. I like!!!

Cons: Inspite of instructions regarding assurances , they tried to let me pay for a bunch of extra’s and it took long time to do al the paperwork > DO NOT USE BUDGET/ AVIS AGAIN

Pros: Budget was great in allocating the car but the type of car available at group A is not impressive.

Cons: I had a Renault Kwid. I had to be push-started twice as I had not switched off the lights. Once the car could be restarted the radio required a pin which I did not have and therefore could not use the car radio and phone.
