Pros: Great service at pick up and drop off. It was our first time and I’d definitely use Carl again.

Pros: Good and fair company. Our car - fiat panda - hybrid with low fuel consumption. Almost brand new (10K) and very clean. Nice little and funky car. Our experience was great and would use again.

Cons: The rental process could be a bit faster, but they have explained they are transitioning to a new system so we were patient. Also the rental desk was further from the airport and there was no building as such, just a desk outside.

Pros: Rental agent kept trying to add-on so much, such as additionally which I had already paid for. It was very annoying. Even though we ordered a Mercedes Benz type of car, we were given a low end Audi. I ordered a large car and we were given a medium sized car. It was very unsatisfactory experience.

Pros: Cael was really patient as our credit card had issues and we were there at the end of the day and had to spend an hour on the phone with our cc company. They charged 30 euros to take the car to Spain which was a lot less than some car rental companies. We had no problems dropping off in Lisbon and they didn't charge for small amount of dirt in the car. They didn't have hidden fees and we're professional. It was nice that the rental desk was in the parking lot outside the airport.

Pros: Easy to book, great value for money, helpful staff when collecting the car after hours and also when collecting accommodating all our needs. I would like to say an especial thank you to Gerson Silva of Klass Wagen who was very kind to ourselves and to our easterly disable 82 years old aunt. Best service I ever had dealing with car rental abroad.

Pros: They just meet you at P4 parking area, process the paperwork and you are on your way.

Cons: They were suppose to meet me at 0930H on my return date. They didn't show up. I had to call 4 times. They finally answered the phone, and told me it was ok if I left the car with the keys in the visor. I did, but I took a picture of the odometer, and a video of the car with no damage.

Cons: Took ages for the car to arrive on pick up. Also, instead of full to full, car had a about a third of a tank of fuel provided and therefore very difficult to return the same amount. I therefore ended up putting too much in and costing myself money. Unfair on the customer!
