Cons: The late rule!!, I was there at 5.30 but because Baron was the named driver, they wouldn't release the Jeep Cherokee booked at £325, Baron was an hour later and the car had been let out ( if they ever had it) and we had to upgrade to a bigger car at 4 times the cost, very very disappointed!!!

Cons: They surprise you with so many charges, such as daily sun pass which is either $20 a day or apparently $25 for each toll. Then they say your card will not go through to accept the large deposit and you must take the $50 PER DAY insurance! This is unbelievable considering the cost of the rental was $100 total. They took advantage of me, and as I had my family of 5 waiting, I couldn’t really argue as we needed a car for the vacation.

Pros: There was no one at the rental desk and after about 20 minutes and repeated phone calls some unanswered the man arrived and the price was more than we thought despite assuming we bought everything on line before that

Cons: It took him ages once he finally turned up to process the rental When we left the car back there was noone there again and one of the men from the other car companies “did him a favour “ and we eventually left for the airport
