Pros: Not professional, invented fees, time consuming. I booked a Golf and got a little c3. I paid more money to end up with a basic car and the staff member continued inventing fees.

Cons: Not professional, car not available, invented fees and had to pay more than 60 euro for fuel that I did not use. The fuel value was max 25 euro (gas is 1.3 euro per liter and he forced me to pay 60 euro for half tank - of which I used only half: so for 15/20 euro of gas he forced me to pay in advance more than 60 euro). I should have a refund for both the fuel and the car downgrading. Please call me 00393494663540

Pros: Nothing really. They con you out off money regarding the insurance. Online you pay for the extra insurance to be fully covered and then they rob you for another £320 euros. This was not just me it was also the couple who was renting in front of us in the queue had the same problem

Cons: Nothing the car was stated to be a golf and was a corsa which is a smaller car. Also the lady on the desk was really rude. Which I’m sure you would be if you was dealing with upset customers all day everyday.

Pros: have not taken the vehicle as they have added an exaggerated amount of extra fees on collection!! I did not try to call DiscoverCars as i wouldn't thought you be open at 23.10. It is very unfair that you advertise a price that includes OOH and then on collection i was forced to pay €80 for ooh and €40 for fuel.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Rubbish customer service, hidden fees, actively tried to get money out of us by giving us a “perfect” car with many cracks in it. Then, once we returned the car, they proceeded to find more of their own imperfections and blame them on us. It is a worrying sign when they themselves tell you to “make sure you take many pictures” of the car “just in case”.

Pros: Nothing whatsoever, after they left us stranded at 11:45pm because they decided to go home when our flight was delayed instead of taking 2 minutes to use the flight number provided to check why we were delayed. We had no way of letting them know from the air. When we came back the following day and told the representative what had happened not only did we receive NO apology, we received zero acknowledgement whatsoever - it was like they just completely ignored the stress they had put us through.

Cons: See above. Confirmation details state the office is open until 00:00, we arrived at 11:45pm to find no rep, and an extremely rude agent from another company.

Cons: Rude staff, tried to bully me into taking additional insurance which I had already purchased when booking. Charged for out of hours drop off unnecessarily. Not able to contact them direct during hire period either by phone or email. No emergency contact details provided.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Travel to the following territory(ies): Gozo is allowed.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Malta.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
